Cathode Ray Tube Replacements

Cathode ray tube replacements for Monitor have to be done carefully otherwise the new replacement CRT tube may destroy the horizontal output transistor (HOT) when you switched it “on”. If possible get back the same brand of picture tube  because the specification of the horizontal and the vertical yoke coils are the same or almost the same with the original one. Some popular CRT brands are Samsung, Hitachi, Panasonic, Chung Hwa, EMC, Philips and etc. If you replace a wrong picture tube, the display either can become small or big vertically or with a small and large witdh horizontally (sometimes with pincushion out). CRT ray tube replacements is easy once you know the specification of the original tube.
