Taking A Short Break

genting highland

My wife got a free voucher for a one night stay at Genting Highland tomorrow. We had planned the trip since from 1 months ago. We purposely choose tomorrow’s date is because my son will be finishing his exam tomorrow! The last trip my family went was at Port Dickson about 3 months ago. Once in a while we just have to take some break to refresh ourselve, our mind and even our body. Continously burning the midnight would only do more harm to our body.

If you had been reading my previous blog at http://electronic-repair.blogspot.com you will know that i went to Genting Highland on May this year and i wrote about my admiration toward the founder Mr Lim Goh Tong. Why him? He started building the Hilltop resort at the age of 50 years old during end of 60’s. Many people out there are already considering retire at that age but he pursue on and eventually turning his business into a billion dollar industries! I will not elaborate more about him because you can read more about him in my previous blog.

Sadly 3 days ago he (the founder) passed away at the age of 90 and the busines is taken over by his son. You may find this article is a bit boring but i want to let you know that with vision and action you will move the world! Age is not a barrier for us to give ourselve a reason not to go forward and continue to fulfill our dream (or vision). Whatever dream that you have with persistence learning and continuous motivates yourself, that’s nothing cannot be done!

Look at the space now, every country is sending their team for space exploration and research. No one had thought of one can go to the space or even moon but first we must have a dream! 4 days ago our Malaysia Angkasawan (astronaut) came back from space, 2 days ago American just launched space shuttle Discovery lifting off from Kennedy space centre in Cape Canaveral, Florida and yesterday China launched it’s first Lunar Probe Chang’e 1. Okay for now, i will show you some pictures when i come back from Genting Highland.

Indeed our country lost one powerful businessman. He contributed a lot in our tourism industry.

So nice to see you going for a short holiday, do update us with your photos. 😉
