EMI Filter Problem

I Have an old Commodore Amiga white problems. I think it can be some problem white one off this Emi filter.
But i have no idea how too test them. I use Multimeter and set it on Capacitor? Can you please tell me in a little guide. and what it should read on multimeter.

If you want to check on the EMI filter you can use a multimeter and a digital capacitor meter. For the coil you can use the ohm range and capacitor you need to use digital capacitance meter to check on the value. EMI filter section rarely have problem. The common fault would be dry joints in the coil and burn coil when hit by lightning. For your information white display problem is not due to EMI filter, it could be some other section that is faulty.
