About My Health Test Report
Recently i went for a full medical check up and i got the full report yesterday. There are some good and not so good news. The good news was my heart, lungs, prostate, gall bladder, bone density, bladder, kidney, aorta, spleen, pancreas, scrotum are normal. The not so good news was that my Cholesterol (total Chol/HDL-Chol) was a bit high (5.1), no more protection for hepatitis B, Fatty Liver and there are a mild stenosis at my right common carotid arteries. The doctor advised me to control the intake of the food especially the food that contains of high Cholesterol. He also encouraged me do more exercise!
Actually it is good to go for a yearly full medical checkup and now at least i know what should i need to do otherwise i would be continue eating the wrong food and regret later.

HI Beh,
You are right, take more vege and fruits. I have actually started back taking swimming few weeks ago. I will monitor my food and do more exercise and will go for the test again next year and hope the result will be good.

Hi Jestine,
Just exercise eat more vegetables and fruits try to consume less meat, well home cook meals are the best as recommended by Doctors.

Good on you, still young and healthy!
For Cholesterol, yes Malaysian food is too delicious, I have the same problem. My doctor says "Everythig that tastes good is not good for you". Don't believe him too much 🙂 Everything in moderation.
Besides exercise and vegetables, garlic and lecithin are good too.
