Congratulations to all participants!
The photos showed that the good old semiconductor testing method with analogue or digital multimeter is preferred over using the digital semiconductor testers like available from Peak Atlas or other firms. But for testing those very tiny triodes like smd mosfets I myself prefer using the DCA75 Pro with SOT23 test adapter model PCA23 (also from Peak Atlas). Because after removing such tiny parts for testing this makes more sense. Also because a DMM or AMM only has two probes while my modern tester already has three. And holding these tiny smd parts in your hand while using those probe leads is quite impossible to do too. With the risk of breaking off those tiny legs. Like testing such a tiny triode yesterday with smd marking E6SY8 that proved to be a good working P-channel mosfet.

Hi Albert,
Thanks for the comment and I totally agreed with you about testing the small SMD components using Peak Atlas Tester! For your info they are in the Level 1 course so using the Digital and Analogue multimeter would be a good start for beginners. As they progress to higher level, students would be able to use more advanced meters/testers in their troubleshooting work
