Nice going you guys! Congrats!
I noticed the bga mounted chip. Is reballing and hotfixing bga (Ball Grid Array) soldered GPU's and other IC's an important part of the course? And if so...What kind of instruments are used? (I ask this because I like to know if it maybe also has become an affordable and easy option for me at home. Because last time I checked especially Reballing was very timeconsuming and extremely inefficient?). Thanks!

HI Albert,
It is important to learn about the BGA reballing as some of the students were dealing with circuit boards that have BGA ICs. I used the common BGA system set up so that the students can buy it and practice on their own. I do not show them the expensive BGA machine because even if they knew how to do BGA reballing in my class, they would not be able to buy those expensive machine which is also not practical.
