Cone Paper Found Popped Out In Speakers Of Samsung LED TV Model UA32J4303AKXZN

This TV belonged to one of my colleagues in the hospital and was brought to me with the complaint that the sound output was very low. I set aside my pending work on the table and opened the TV and was surprised to see that the cone papers of the speakers had popped out, indicating the kind of volume at which it was being played!
Though I searched for replacement of the speakers locally, none had it and I had to order it to a supplier in another city.
In order to get exact replacement, I shared the model number, picture and measurements with the supplier:
Got the replacement speakers, which were exact and I fixed them in the frames and reassembled the TV and played a video with volume at full to check whether there was any jarring sound. The speakers were damn good and so fixed the back cover and called the customer to come and pick up.
Mission accomplished without a need to sweat which caused the resultant satisfaction to enter into the collection bag swiftly!

Sounds good my friend. I wish I could send you the speakers that I have in the shop, but it would cost too much money. I have tons of them though.. thanks for sharing and have a blessed day

Getting the right parts will always be troublesome especially when they become obsolete. Any tv would be rather useless without sound and working speakers.

Yes, agree with you, dear Albert! Many thanks!

Albert: actually you can get the sound from the satellite receiver and direct it through a speaker system and that way the tv become just a monitor to watch on programs

In a limited place, adding additional equipment would be difficult. Most people avoid cumbersome connections and more and more things to maintain and take care!

Parasuraman Did you fine out why the speakers popped out. Was the material that they are made from falling apart from over the years? Good job on the repair.

Yes, indeed the materials used are of poor quality indeed! Thanks, dear Mark!

Thanks Engineer Parasuraman. In many tv sound output setups, woofers are incorperated for a high sound output, so without the woofer, tv speakers bear the brunt of producing loud sound.
