Damai Laut Resort Photos and Videos
Time flies and just came back from a 4 days and 3 nights stay at Damai Laut Resort Lumut Perak. It was a very good trip and we have enjoyed it very much. The first day after checking in we rested for a while before going to pantai remis to look for seafood restaurant. Pantai remis is a small town and about 24 km away from the resort. Since we reach there quite early, the restaurant was not open yet and due to this we tried out the local hawker stall food and it was quite nice too especially the satay. We also took a walk in the resort to check out what are the facilities they provide.
The second day after breakfast we went to Sitiawan town (about 25km from the resort) and look for my camera charger. I forgot to bring along my charger. If i can’t charge the battery that means i can’t take any photos and videos for this trip. I have searched many places in Sitiawan and finally found one camera shop that have my type of charger. Since this shop was quite near to the STORE supermarket, we decided to shop around. After shopping we went to Old Town Kopitiam ( coffeeshop) to have a tea break and rest for a while. Later we went back straight to the resort and our next activity was fishing. In fact i have asked my kids whether they want to go swimming or fishing. Their replied was fishing!
So we brought along Gardenia bread to use it as bait since i can’t find any live prawn. We went to the jetty and caught some small fishes. The kids just love fishing and we had fun there. At night we did not go out and had our dinner at the resort Garden Terrace Restaurant. The food was quite good and not really expensive.
On the third day after breakfast we went to the Lumut town and bought some sea products. We walked around the town and had out lunch there. On our way back to the resort we stopped by at the GIANT Hypermarket to buy some prawn to use as bait because the kids just don’t want to go swimming and kept persuading me to go fishing again. For your information once in a while i fly the small 3 channels remote control helicopter in the hotel room and it was so fun.
After fishing for the second time we went to the Galam restaurant at the resort where they had the traditional dance by the local and a group performer there. On the fourth day after check out instead of using the Bidor highway back we used the Kuala Selangor road because we wanted to have a lunch at the seafood restaurant. Reaching home in the late evening thought that i could write a blog post but found the phone line was dead ( no tone at all). I called up this morning (Sunday) to lodge a complaint and surprisingly the problem was rectified in the afternoon and the operator told me that they even work during Sunday! If it not repaired then i guess i have to go back to office again to reply all the emails that have sent to me.
Since my line was just restored, give me sometimes to reply back your emails. By the way here are the photos and videos taken during the 4 days and 3 nights trip to Damai Laut Resort Lumut Perak:

Hi Behzad,
Thanks for the comment and if you have the chance to come to Malaysia again, please visit Langkawi. I've been there and it was very nice.
