Easy Way To Remove Components From Old PCB Boards

I was wondering if there is an easier way to strip old pc boards of their components? I have lots of old electronic boards that i strip for spares but find it difficult to unsolder the component.
Answer:
If the solder is lead free then you need to use a liquid flux with solder gun of more than 130 watt to remove those solders. If one needs to remove more components in an easier way then check out the link below:
