Finally The Classroom Is Done
By Jestine Yong on July 24, 2011
It took about 3 weeks to completely finish the renovation work, arranging the class/office and installing of the company new signboard. The old signboard was removed quite sometime ago and replaced by a new one. It was tiring during this 3 weeks but it worth after seeing a bigger classroom with proper arrangement of the tools, books, circuit boards, test equipment and etc. I have installed 40 pcs of 40 watt fluorescent lamps in the classroom to make it extra bright so that students will be able to see/read circuit boards especially the SMD components easily. There will be a repair course next week and I’m excited to teach in this sort of a brand new classroom. Here are the photos:

HI Amir,
Thanks. There are no right or wrong technique in teaching because the more you teach the more you will know what you should teach and what you should not teach. Teach only the thing that benefit the students. Give less theory and provide more practical because only through practical the students will be easier to remember. Nothing beats hands on practical lesson. When you teach you also need to tell about your personal experience/stories and add in some jokes too.
Making mistakes in the first few class is okay and this is a learning lesson for you to improve on what you should say/teach and eliminate what you should not say/teach.
Hope this helps!
