I could say that ESR meter is one of the best testing equipment in helping me to locate bad electrolytics in electronic boards.    hi i am interested in building my own esr meter, could you please provide a more detailed plan of how to build one, specifically the components list. I have seen your website with photos and schematics and pcb layout but being a novice need further details.
