Internet Connection Down
Yesterday, after had my dinner thinking of writing a blog post and do some support but out of sudden the line just went down. The modem ADSL light keep blinking and calling the internet service provider technical support kept me waiting without anyone answering my call. I guess at that moment there may be many users called them too that’s why they could not answer me. However just before i went to sleep i saw that the ADSL light went back to steady and did tried to reconnect again. This time it worked but that was already too late and need to go to bed. Will respond to your email as soon as possible.
