LC Meter

   I think if we are going to do it ourself, the problem will be on the PIC16F84 which contains a program for sure.

   Otherwise, we will just get the LCD and PIC16F84 only and buy the rest over the counter.

   If you do not have the time, i suggest that you just get the whole set from them. Sometimes it is not easy to find all those parts.
