Hello Jestine,
Thanks for the helpful tips and books. For your information, the two lines to enter my email and name to sign up for the newsletter did not appear when I went to the sign-up page using Firefox. When I switched to Internet Explorer it worked fine.

Hi Steve,
Thanks for sharing and i will let them know about this if those who can't sign up using firefox. However, my computer is using firefox and is working perfectly fine.
