Meaning Of These Symbols
By Jestine Yong on January 20, 2011
I got an email that asked about the meaning of the symbols in the yellow box. It was a LED control gear that was made in China. I could not locate the meaning of these symbols. Do you know of any source for the meaning of these symbols?

-The first one means that it is fire proof, it can be use over a flamable surface.
-The second means a termal protection reaching 80ºC generaly in a hot spot on the surface.
-The third means a Independent controlgear, not built in or integrated in a luminaire.
-The fourth is a convination of 2 symbols of IEC 60417, one safety isolating controlgear and the other it`s for short-circuit proof controlgear (inherently or non-inherently)
-The fifth is Class II equipment or double insulated
It all come from the standar IEC 61347-2-13 for d.c or a.c supplied electronic controlgear for LED modules
It was answered late but it could help other people perhaps
