A friend of mine brought to me this radio receiver brand OPTIMUS (AM/FM), I do not know the Model No.: because it was erased, it’s an old model.

Let’s disarm it, I said to him.

 

Only a few screws for taking out the back cover.

Then I decided to take out the PCB for checking on the audio out.

In the meantime I was moving around the PCB look in the photo below what happened.

As you can see the magnet of the speaker was loose, I confess I’ve seen this kind of situation with speakers a lot of times. The magnet was put into its place and glued with Krazy glue.

Now the receiver can be heard very well, and that’s all.
