    Hi Sahir,
There are many problems that can cause chirping noise, have you check all these components:

    primary winding of flyback transformer
    horizontal yoke coil winding
a shorted internal capacitor in flyback transformer
all the esr caps at the secondary side
    shorted B+ coil

Could you please specify what are the components that you had checked?

    Hi Charles,
If it is vertical line then you have to check the horizontal section. Check for dry joint nearby flyback area and also the crt yoke coil connector area. Make sure that the horizontal yoke coil have resistance when test with ohmmeter. Hope this helps!
