Restored SYSKA LED Tube Light Model SSK-SQ2001
This was one among the nine items brought by a recently acquainted satisfied customer. The complaint was that the AC input wires were worn out and shorting with each other and the light was believed to be working ok. I opened the side locks and pulled the LED Driver unit out to see the condition of the board.
There were dry solders and the electrolytic capacitors were found weak on testing. So, I retouched the board with fresh solder while replacing the two electrolytic capacitors; 100uF/100V and 1uF/63V.
I replaced the worn out AC-in wires with longer and sturdy wires and put a heat shrink sleeve as protection. Then the board looked safe enough to apply power and check. After just checking it was working, I re-inserted the LED driver board to the centre and pulled out the AC-in wires and put the side locks in place.
Then applied power to see that the light was really good and the trouble taken was worth it.
Mission accomplished with satisfaction getting added to the collection, which also helped stronger bonding with the customer.

Good job on fixing this led light tube Parasuraman!
From experience I have to say that the normal 1.20 meter long fluorescent tube led replacement lights ,with about 88 leds in them, have a much longer life span then other led stripes from other manufacturers.
