Sometimes We Need To Thank The Manufacturers
If you have read my previous post, I did mentioned about certain electronics equipment used non quality components and had a bad design in the circuit. Do you know that those equipment indeed a blessing to us? Just imagine if each equipment could last more than 10 to 15 years in the market, I can say that repair techs will have problem to survive.
Manufacturers that used cheap components and have a bad design on their products will usually won’t last long and after 1 to 3 years in service, those equipment will breakdown. And this is the time that we as a repair tech could make money from the repair job.
By the way I have a friend who own an electrical shop selling TV, washing machine, fan, cooker and etc. He told me that the LCD TV manufactured in the earlier days are much much better quality than the current LCD TV that are selling in the market. He said the internal board and components used were not from the qualtiy type. He added “That is why a new LCD TV cost were so cheap nowadays as compare to last time”.
