   All of mentioned scientists in this article are important . but MR NICOLI TESLA is most important one .Why? He was working on a machine that can transfer the electricity in huge amounts from one station to another station . and these researches is the base of a amazing machine that can change the climate of the earth this machine is called H A A R P .and now this is possible.
