Thanks to Allen S for recommending this video. By the way one common symptom of AVR UPS after replacement of batteries and the battery LED level still low then you need to reprogram the EEprom IC.

   thanks for sharing. there was a time some years back i had a crt tv using a relay which was the problem like this.

   Very nice; I'd be tempted to only replace the bad relay and any of the same model and manufacturer.
