   I studied about his uv meter when I took my first and advanced radio broadcasting course in the states about ten years ago. when the reading gets to the 0, we could say that is is zero level that the level is befect but when it goes to the peak side, we call it the level is in the red (too high and need to be adjusted) and when it is below the the 0 lever, we call it in the mud. so zero level and going once in a while in the red, is the perfect leve.
