Why LCD TV Screen Cracked By Itself
By Jestine Yong on October 6, 2008
Remember the previous posting about an email that i received saying that while she was watching the LCD TV, the TV screen cracked by itself! I throw in the question and ED have some good explanation about the problem and here is the answer from ED:
“It is not possible that the LCD Screen will “crack”itself. might be bump by some heavy object unnoticed before. heat or rise in temperature can’t be the cause since LCD’s has low power dissipation. My “theory”if I may is that the torqe on the LCD Screen frame screw is to much (factory defect) or if the screen is wall mounted the mounting screw is also too tight to put stress on the screen in the long run.”
Thanks for the answer ED!
