Website For Sale?

I received an email from a guy who wish to buy over my website electronic repair guide dot com. Here is the email:

Hello Jestine Yong,

Our online marketing agency would be interested in buying your site to consolidate our exiting portfolio of niche offers. We usually buy web properties for 2 months GROSS or 4 months NET but I’d be willing to discuss terms with you if you’re interested..

Well i have sent him an email to inform him that i will not sell the website. I did not ask about the price what he can offer because I’m not interested in selling off the website. I just love this website and all of my ERG members!
