About Blue ESR Meter and Blue Ring Tester

I have a repair friend who told me that he sometimes confused about both meters. Most probably it could be the name that start with “BLUE”. Remember that a Blue ESR Meter is use to test ESR Ohm value in electrolytic capacitor and the Blue Ring Tester is for testing coils.
