Instruments Design Engineer

Yesterday i received an email from a guy who asked me this question:
“Justin, I am an electrical engineer who lives in the USA. I am currently designing a set of instruments for electronic repairs. Do you have any ideas for tools that would help your business? Please let me know. I may be interested in designing a prototype.”
I’v already told him about the tester that i need which is the one i mentioned in the September repair newsletter. Its about the meter that can test ESR value for non polarity capacitor from .1 uf and below. If he could design a wider capacitor range that would be great too. If you have any ideas or whatsoever suggestion that a meter can help us in our daily repair life then you can post your comment here-thanks.

pls give us information when this engineer already made a tester that can test esr of non polar cap below .1 uf.PLs inform us it will be a great help.God bless you sir.we learned a lot.
