4425 IC P-Channel Enhancement -Mode MosFET

If you repair LCD Monitors and come across a SO-8 SMD IC with the part number of 4425 then i suggest that you click on the photo to check out the datasheet. Once you know the internal layout of this IC you have the advantage or i could say higher chances in solving the problem in the Monitor especially in the inverter area.

   1.Do you know what is the smd ic part number Acer lcd model AL1521..
   i see the marking is P' and 4411 (8pin)location Q203 at inverter board area
   2.Can you give the datasheet part number
