Problems In Getting A Job
This is a fact that every one that do not have experience may find it hard to get a job not only in this field but in other field too. They may have graduated but because of no or lack of experience, many of the companies do not hire them. I’d even faced this situation before where after the completion of my repair courses, there were no one that was willing to take in “freshie”. I tried many of the repair companies but rejected until i almost give up. Finally i found a job with much lesser pay. I don’t mind about that as i knew that I’m a burden to the company if i could not perform any repair work. I got a comment from one of the blog readers and would like to share it to you his problem:
“CURRENTLY RECEIVED AN ASSOCIATES DEGREE IN ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS TECHNOLOGY, HOWEVER HAVING DIFFICULT TIME OBTAINING WORK WITHIN MY CHOSEN FIELD. MOST OF THE COMPANIES I’VE HAD INTERVIEWS WITH ALWAYS LOOK FOR EXPERIENCE YET HAVE THE JOBS LISTED AS ENTRY LEVEL. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET A JOB IF NO ONE IS WILLING TO TAKE A CHANCE AND HIRE ME. I CURRENTLY LIVE IN
If possible do not ask for a too high salary otherwise you will be turned away. Start as an apprentice first. Get some experience first before moving on to another company for higher pay. If the company have potential then grow with the company. If any of this blog reader here have any comment about this then please write to me and i will post it up-thanks!

actually I have been through that..when I got my degree from the states in media broadcasting and business adminstration, nobody would hire me simply because of lack of experience. then, I started working as a volunteer with a canadian tv production company and started geting some experience. they used to pay me just my traveling and food expenses then I moved to a part time job in camera and audio work, then full time. I worked for the same company for about eight years. then problem started because of the political situation and I lost my job because the compnay moved back to canada. I started my own repair business in Bethlehem area about five years ago and I am getting a lot of experience by reading your articls and buying your books which I am very thankfull for. God bless you jestine.
