You need to get the secondary code by turning on then by pressing the sync button down and hold it down. Now that you have the sync button pressed you will need to press the eject button four times to give you the secondary code. Pay attention to the lights. Four flashes is zero. Repeat the step again to confirm code (four digits or flashes long). Most likely it can be repaired with a clamp fix. Its an attempt to draw the warped motherboard back to the processor and/or gpu. Good stuff.

Jestine. thank you for all you do for the community in repair. God Bless

there are many guides and forums about this topic
    my advice
compare several guides, ebooks with each other 4 the best road to succes
they differ in little things depending on who wrote the guide (pro/amateur)

the method i use is where the mobo and steel case is "clamp fixed" together this gives best heat dissipation

repaired several xbox this way with succes others failed again after short time

advice i give after repair 2 owner
keep xbox wel ventilated and free standing (not in cupboard or so)
power down xbox every hour for 10 - 15 min like xbox manual advices

i googled all the info i needed there is plenty info on the web
