Printer Repair Course

My partner Mr William has just completed a 2 day printer course for 4 participants. Two were from a computer firm and another two were from Pahang University. First day would be in the Dot Matrix printer and the second day was on Laserjet printer. Here are the photos taken:

   i'm a it technician and i'm interested in knowing how to repair printers especially dot matrix. can i know the details for the course. I'm currently staying in setapak kuala lumpur.
