The other day i have an electrical friend came to my house for a visit and we shared the common topic which was the electronics and some electrical subject. He told me that one of his friend company was looking for a specialist in fixing medical equipment. He said that since the person who was in charge of the instruments had left the company, no ones was able to help the company to calibrate the instruments. Now the company is trying to get him back to help out because only he knows how to calibrate those instruments. For your information, medical equipment repairers, also known as biomedical equipment technicians (BMET), maintain, repair, adjust and calibrate a wide range of electronic, electromechanical, and hydraulic equipment used in hospitals and other medical environments, including health practitioners’ offices. They may work on the patient monitors, defibrillators, medical imaging instrument like x rays, CAT scanners, and ultrasound, voice-controlled operating tables, electric wheelchairs, as well as other sophisticated dental, optometric, and ophthalmic equipment.

They use specialized software, and computers designed to communicate with specific pieces of hardware to repair those equipment. They have to guarantee that the readings are accurate. Sometimes they also need to repair the equipment while being used and they must ensure the repairs do not disturb the patients and not

    Bio medical equipment's technician field is the unique and demanding now a days every where. May Allah provide us knowledge soon in order to know how to repair and calibrate medical equipment successfully.
