Interchange Of Panel Of Two Different Tv Brand
If you missed this article,you can still read it here: article 1059 of 13/4/24. When this aticle was written,I did plea for suggestions from fellow comrades how to solve this bright spots on panel and suggestions were given, thanks to all.
So this month,I decided to look into how to solve this problem having read all suggestions in details. So brought the two tvs on working table, having remove the panel from lg brand,with all sheets and led strips, did same to sharp tv brand, then study the two critically.
Observations:
(a) LG brand has 3 sheets, 3 led strips x 7= 21 leds
(b) Sharp brand has 4 sheets, 3 led strips × 8= 24 leds.
So what I did was to study which of the sharp sheet is missing from LG brand so has to remove it from sharp and add it to LG since its lg body is to be used, mounting sharp original panel on LG, also I decided this time around to use Sharp tv original led strips as suggested by one of our colleagues.

So now having remove third sheet front the top of Sharp tv brand, I added it to LG brand, making 4 sheets now, also remove the Sharp original 3 led strips (24 leds) and arrange them on LG white reflector sheet. Did some edge trimmings on said sheet to fit in properly to LG.
Fix the bed plastic holder for the panel, then place panel on it carefully, then bezel. I also interchange the speakers after some adjustment for its sitting. All this takes some hours. This is the new look of the finished repair work

This kind of problem is usually have to do with the LED lights that lost their diffusers causing the led to be focused on the display. An easier fix would be just replacing the led strips have a blessed day

Replacing the 32 inch lg broken panel with the good Sharp screen panel was quite a risky ordeal that you however were able to finish successfully! Including successfully interchanging the ledstrips from the sharp over to the lg chassis.
Seeing the size of the small used table you showed in your previous repair it wasn't even possible to place both tvs on it simultaneously. And the fact that even the boards with the connectors may have been different on both models makes this panel and backlight exchange something you can be proud of Imoudu!
