LCD TV Panel Problem

Below are two photos of LCD TV that was sent by one of my ERG members. The photos is to show you how a bad LCD Display panel look like (3 circles of big black dot). The problem was LCD panel fault because even the OSD menu also affected. Of course LCD TVs has other symptoms like color lines across the display, display garbled and etc. The only cure for this LCD TV is to replace with another working LCD panel.
