Buying Things Online
There was an email about whether he should trust me or not by buying my products online. He had visited my blog, read my monthly repair newsletter and have doubt whether my website are genuine or not. He afraid that after sending money and I did not send him the product. I do not blame him because there are lots of scammer that just take your money and never deliver.
I told him that to be safe he has to sign up with Paypal. Paypal will protect the buyers if the buyer did not get the product he have ordered. I told him that even myself buying components online I also have to make sure those websites accept Paypal because if the company did not send the order I could file a report and get back my money. So far i have not been cheated when buying things online because I always use Paypal.
In some cases the sellers (no experience) are the victim because the seller did not use registered mail to deliver their products. The buyers already got the product and still file a report saying that he did not get it. There are many kinds of people in the world not just online, offline too they are always looking for easy way to earn easy money without sweat and hardwork.

yes infact the paypal is the best way to buy the books or any thing else in the web
recently i bought a book and i sent the money via WESTERN UNION i am sorry to tell you that the guy did not send me the link of the book .

Did you give to him all the information and you can check from Western Union whether he have withdraw it or not.

Usually people will go to Shenzhen or any part in China. You must first make sure they are offering good mobile phone and please do not TT your money to them. For big order your friend have to fly there and make sure he himself send the phone back using his own courier. Many people in Hong Kong actually buying things from China and sell it from Hong Kong.
