Consecutive Failure Of Speakers In Haier LED TVs
Case (1) LE39B9000 : This was brought to me by a new customer, stating that the sound became muffled and he wanted me to check it up. I opened the TV and subjected it to thorough cleaning and looked at the speakers to see what you can now:
I got the exact replacement and fixed it and gave the TV to the customer after testing it for a few hours.
Case (2) LE22B600 : Yet another case. It was brought to me with the same complaint like above.
After opening and cleaning the TV, I saw same type of failure:
As I get failure of these types of tiny speakers, I prepared a dimensional drawing and sent it to a couple of suppliers:
I go two pairs from different suppliers, out of which I used one for this TV. After testing it for a few hours, the TV was delivered to the customer.
Case (3) LE22B600 : This is yet another case and it was exactly same like Case (2) and that is why I skipped taking snaps. I used the other pair that I had and set this TV right for delivery to the customer after stringent tests.
Though we get work by such failures, why manufacturers release such inferior quality products in the market is what baffles me! To make things economic, a lot of compromise is taking place in quality.
Anyhow, triple satisfactions got collected in the bag without fail!

Bad quality parts are a sign never to buy from that manufacturer again!
Which for me was never to buy a inkjet printer from Epson or HP ever again!
In the past my Epson Stylus 600 color got completely useless after only 12 months without having printed much, and they must have the worst service of any manufacturing firm in the world!
And HP only sold me many new but never working inkjet cartridges which did cost me a capital but never got my 2 HP printers working!

Yes, I agree 100% about Epson and HP. But other than having to change the ink cartridge or toner cartridge on a Brother, they just seem to go and go.

I had the same bad experience with an Epson InkJet Printer. Probably, they have been designed to print each and every day. Laser printers forever!

Then, there must be a stringent quality control over there. That's why! Many thanks for your comments!
