Received Dell Monitor stating Problem No power & No LED Indication of power. Checked power cord for continuity cable is ok. For further testing I opened the monitor for visual inspection from inside.

For opening the LCD monitor first remove the stand then flip the display Bezel frame by pulling with the fingers (Never use pry tool or screen will get damage)

Conclusion: If you found too many dry solders on the circuit don’t waste your time using multimeter for voltage testing and component testing.

Opening those plastic top edges that hold the screen in position is always taking much time before we can start fixing the electronic boards.
And if you have an Apple monitor even doing just that is made almost impossible these days. So good job!
