Hello Jestine, I got my component analyser from John.

When I tested aa N channel Fet the component anlayser gave the pinout, leakage currentand voltage. It did not say short circuit. Does this mean that the mosfet is good? or do I have to compare the values form the analyser to the Datasheet?

I tested 2 HOT that tested bad with my analog meter and it said short circuit. This means the 2 HOT were not good.

Does this means that if the mosfet was bad, it would say short circuit also?

    Thanks
    Jorge

      Hi Austin,

Check the electrolytic capacitor for high ESR value.
