Dear Sir ,
Your free report is very useful to me before reading your report we just replace the bulged capacitors of same value but after some days the same fault comes again and again but now we understood that not only the same value and voltage but the Celsius also be right . Thanks a lot for your report.
Thanking with regards
Thanks for the tips and short e-book you share w/ us its a big help for me as an independent technician in troubleshooting which give a small time of diagnose which stage causes the problem specially the LCD monitor and others.
Specially the capacitor problem which give me a lot of headache in troubleshooting
When testing a capacitor using an analogue tester test good but actually its faulty already. So I use to purchase a new good one in order to replace and to know its working or not the old ones
Again thanks and More Power and I do hope you can share more tips
And God bless!
HELLO MR. YONG, YES I DID PURCHASE YOUR “TESTING ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS” AND HAVE ALSO DOWNLOADED THE 5 EXTRA ARTICLES YOU PROVIDED..
VERY GOOD AND INTERESTING STUFF… THANK YOU FOR ALL THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE PROVIDED, ALSO HAVE YOUR “LCD MONITOR REPAIR” BOOK. FOR ME IT HAS PAYED FOR ITSELF, HAVE BEEN PUTTING IT TO GOOD USE, AND IS WORKING OUT FOR ME. MY
THANKS TO YOU AND YOUR EFFORTS.. THANKS MR. YONG…
I am fairly new to electronics – it’s always been an interest of mine but when I came out of school I chose IT as my career. Now I am a bit older but my interest in electronics has never waived and I decided it was time to follow up on a long time goal – that is to become proficient at troubleshooting electronic circuits and maybe down the track build my own electronic components.
I have started reading your eBook and it has been very helpful. I only have a digital multimeter, but I am going to invest in an analogue one shortly so I can test some components such as a transistor which I think it faulty in a remote control device for my stereo which has not worked for years. I don’t seem to be able to get a reading on the digital multimeter and in order to really follow your instructions I want to make sure I have at least similar equipment, else testing and interpreting the results becomes even harder.
Don’t be surprised if I have to email you a few questions – but for now let me make sure I have done my homework before I hassle you.
Thank you for all your efforts in making my introduction to electronics so much easier.
All the best!
