    Hello Jestine,

I have read your book and will give you my non partisan review.

    The good:

The E-book is very well written, as all your E-Books have been in the past. Everything is well explained with many clear pictures to back up what is being presented.

I have enjoyed reading the book and found it to be informative.

It is nice to have a backup plan procedure when the power supply cannot be repaired with its original replacement parts.

I give the book a positive review and recommend it to anyone in the electronic field.

    The bad:

Although I have given the book itself a good review I feel that the price for the book is rather steep. The book has 42 pages in which large pictures take up a lot of that space.

Some of your previous books were loaded with over 150 pages with lots of great learning information and sold at a very fair price.

This is just my opinion but I believe that a fair introductory price would be around $15.00 and a fair regular price would be $24.95

That being said I appreciate all that you have done and will continue to follow you as I have for the past 5 years.

    Thanks
    Vic

      Hi Vic,

Thanks for the positive testimonial given on the ebook. As for the book price I found it to be justified because it is not the total number of pages count, it should be the “meaty” part of the information. I purposely put in large photos so that the readers could clearly see all the modification work and this will remove guesswork and save time. I can sell a book with 200 pages and cheap and if the information inside is too basic the readers would not learn much. I can put in many theories and unrelated photos just to fill up the blank space so that the ebook will “contain more pages” but I wouldn’t do that. For your information I have purchased a motivational sales ebook on how to double up your sales and the price was USD99.00 and consisted less than 40 pages. I practiced the methods laid down by the ebook and my result was it really double up my sales.

Bottom line is more on the info presented that it works and not on the total pages count. As mentioned in the small SMPS website, if you have successfully repaired just one SMPS using the modification method in the ebook, you already gained back your investment and the rest of the modification is a pure profit for you and the ebook is considered free.

      Thanks.
      Jestine

I agree with you Mr. Yong. $24.95 introductory price is cheaper than it should be if you ask me. Like you said, just one repair and the ebook has paid for itself. I noticed the big pictures and appreciated them. And if there's one thing I hate, it's a bunch of blank space & unnecessary information just to increase the page count. That's one thing I loved about the Marine Corps when I was enlisted, they teach what you need to know and don't waste time with unnecessary stuff!
        Keep up the great job!
