Mr Justing Yong thank you for the acticles,But I have one plasma television when I plug the power !sometimes the tv will come and after 30 minutes or more, then the tv goes to stand by.Philips with this model number : 42PF5620/10 I try to solve this problem so I change some of the power condensors but after the action the situation have change,Now when I plug in the power cord ! the led light switch from green to red and from red to green for about three or four times. HI Akwasi,
Sorry no definite answer for this. It can be the power board or the mainboard. Is all the output voltages from the power supply good and stable?
