Hi Jestine,

I bought some parts from them before, their service& response is fast and reliable. The only problem is they charge you quite expensive if you buy a part for a quantity less than 5 pc, and it seems that the cheapest starting price for all items is US$1.

Hi Jestine,

Got this supplier thru your blog, ordered from them, fast response and delivery ... but bear in mind, if you buy small qty, the shipping cost can end up as much as the part cost ... but should be okay since some parts are difficult to get from other established suppliers.

Hi Jestine,
Thanks a million for the kind work you do there for us all.
I managed to contact the people from UTSOURCE; they were helpful to the last minute. I ordered components from them, paid through Western Union,
got them shipped through DHL,and the service was excellent.
Right now am happily fixing some power supply units and TFT monitors with those parts.
I urge everyone to try UTSOURCE!!

my company have purchased some TV modules and STK'S from this company,
i never new UTSOURCE was selling used and refurbish components.if you are putting that type of quality goods on the market for sale ,you are suppose to let the customers/buyers know that,so as to let them have the choice ,weather to buy that item or not,we paid for new items and you send me all refurbish and defictive and not working items,and i am still waiting for a reply from this company.

Thanks for your comment but sorry i do not own this company. However, this is my case that a buyer got refurbish part. I will post a question in my blog to see if there is anyone that have the same problem.

It is obvious UTSource supplies (or creates/supplies) hard to find, end-of-life components. However, my concern is not of the service they provide, but of the quality of the parts they create/source/supply. Are their components matched perfectly in design and operation as their previous, original counterparts? For simple logic designs and IC's, a few cut corners may be OK, but when it comes to ADC/DAC components, its more critical that original designs and minimum specs are followed through with the new, replica part. Any experience with their actual components? Opinions?
