Getting Your Cert or Degree
Once in a while i will get emails from my ERG members telling me that they have completed their engineering course. Some got certificates, some Diploma and to some a Degree. They thanked me for the info and guidance that i have provided to them especially info from my ebooks and websites. I gave some advices when they asked me what to do next. Actually getting a cert or Degree is just the beginning of your walk in this electronics line. You have the choice to continue your study or come to the market place and work. If you have decided to work then give the best to the company. Always have to keep in mind that one cannot be lazy and have to work hard and smart.
Don’t expect everyone to prepare a road for you. You just cannot be spoon fed all the time. Sometimes you need to fall in order to see success and many times the things that you will learn cannot be found in your textbook or School/College/University. Prepare to work long hour in the beginning to gain experience and don’t grumble. Follow the order of your seniors and learn from them because one day you will be in the same post and have subordinates under you. Learn as much as you could, so that in the future you will have choice to either stay with the company or to look for a better opportunities.

Absolutely agree to what you are saying, without practical experience one can not achieve excellence in their profession

Formal qualifications are important for an understanding ..yet the practical application is often much diffent. One is the knife and the the other is the spoon.
My area of interest is computers diagnostics. I have some very thick books all about theory ...yet very little of the info in the book could assist in real life problem resolution.
