Motherboard Debug Card Found Faulty
Three year back I ordered one Motherboard PCI Diagnosis card because I am having few bad OLD generation motherboards with me for repair.
For testing I connected this card on one of my non-working motherboard,
on triggering power this diagnosis card showing “00 00” code & I found in seven segment led display one led is not light up.
I removed card for further inspection, very few parts are installed on front side & on back side there is no components.
But when I turned back to solder side of the PCB….
I found many pins of seven segment LED Display are dry soldered.
Cleaned PCB using IPA.
Connected back on Motherboard for testing.
Now problem is resolved.

Glad that you still were able to fix and use your mainboard post error debug code (PCI slot?) tester.
Like you I also was able to use, find and solve a computer mainboard problem with a similar post-error-message-debug-card that was also published in Jestine's blog in the past.
After that I also ordered a bigger debug card but the problem with all these cards is that the post error message listings from mainboard manufacturers are often incomplete, wrong or even non existing and in that case any shown post error code unkown. My newest Post debug card even had a bluetooth connection and an Android app to lookup the error tables but even that app was incomplete and often quite useless. Luckily we now for instance also can use the RT809H nand reader to examine the address/databus and or vga ports of any mainboard although it requires a bit more knowledge of its user.

Albert,
Yes, this is for PCI x16 Slot, But new generation Board stopped providing PCIx16 Slot they are providing PCI Express x1 slots & it required Different type of Connectivity. I am also having TL631 Pro but all debug cards are having limitations & compatibility issue with different make of Motherboard BIOS.
