is there someone that i could purchased used panel from for flat screens? customers alway call with the complaint of having a cracked screen and theres noway of getting them.

Try fax your service to those electrical shop in your area and make sure you mention all the info in one A4 size. The info could be the pricing, turn around time, after warranty period, free transportation and so on.
