Wired Earphone Repaired
One of my housing society Friend bring a Samsung Wired Earphone to my place for the repair stating one side of the earphone is not working.
Cut & joint the thin wire & insulating it does not make strong enough bond, repair by cutting the wire will shorten the length. you can see in first photo wire on this side of the earphone is already short. So decided to change the wire with the exact length. First I searched replacement same thickness wire in my storage box & I found one. Now it is time to open ear piece & junction unit where this both era piece wires connected.
First opened the junction unit then Removed damaged wire & soldered the replacement wire.
Then opened the damaged wire ear piece then removed damaged wire & soldered the wire on the speaker unit.
Now reassembled everything and checked the unit on my mobile phone it works perfect.
Now earphones are ready to pick up.

When you know you can do it, do it, whether you get anything out of it or not. You can use a high-performance device for longer.

Glad that you could fix it with a slightly thicker standard audiocable with the asymmetrical and here much needed shielded signal wire. It no doubt will hold stronger then the original thinner wire did.

Now a days companies are not interested in quality work, they give priority to aesthetics of the equipment rather than quality.
