Dual Schottky Diodes Package Replacement

By on November 8, 2012

Yesterday I have posted about using a single universal Schottky diode for replacement. Today is the dual Schottky diode Universal replacement. The number I'm using is MBRF20100 and it is rated as 20 amp 100 volt. Assuming if the secondary diode is a single Schottky diode, you can always modify this dual schottky diode but you need to add in a heatsink. I have done this modification and it worked perfectly good. Check out the spec of the MBRF20 series SChottky diode by clicking on the photo.

What about MBRF20150 that I came across in a circuit? Is it rated 150V??
Is there MBRF 20200 as well?

      Hi Hem,

It could be the t-con or the lcd panel fault. Try call out the osd menu. If the osd menu also have white lines across it then chances the lcd panel is the problem. Check also for the LVDS cable.
