LCD Monitor Delay To Display

I have a Samsung lcd monitor but there is a problem 8 minutes delay to display after turn on the CPU or system unit.

Answer:

When first turn on check if the output dc supply normal or not. If not normal the filter cap could have problem. It could be due to bulged e-caps or cap that has high ESR value. If the voltage output are good then check the output voltage from the mainboard voltage regulator ic. If the output still remains good then possibly the data of the eeprom/flash rom could have been corrupted. Make sure also no dry joints or loosen connector connection.
