I always recommend my members to get parts from this website Bluestar-online.com because i had tried their service and found it to be fast. However early of this year i have a member from Indonesia who emailed me saying that even after he had waited for two months he did not get any news from the company. So i emailed the person who is in charge which is Mr Jonathan William and was assured by him that he will resend the parts to my member again.
Recently i got his email from my member and here is the email:
” Dear Jestine,
I am still waiting for the order to arrive, but I really doubt Mr. Jonathan Williams’s sincerity about his dealing with this matter. This is my first case that my foreign order has not arrived. My previous order with Anatek didn’t have any problem even with USPS Priority Mail, even it took longer time to arrive since at least I got the order label number.
I just don’t know how to help myself but to wait the order everyday. Hope you could help me look into this matter wisely.

Mr Bailing already waited another 2 more months and yet to get his spare parts. That means he already waited for more than 4 months!
This time when i try to reach Mr Jonathan William i did not get any response from him eventhough i had sent three emails to him. I had tried to call the company but the line just can’t get through. I do not know why he (Jonathan William) don’t want to respond to my email.
The reason i write this email is to check if anyone out there have any bad experience with this company or this is just an isolated case? I wish to hear from you and if the feedback was not good then i will immediately stop recommending to any of my ERG member. Thanks!
