Boat Airdrops 121v2 Repaired
Received Bluetooth earbuds for repair, stating right-side unit is not working.
Visual inspection I found right side earbud not showing any charging indicator Light.
Checked voltages in charging cradle. I found 5v, that means cradle providing enough power for battery charging.
Now it confirms the problem is inside the Bud.
So I opened the bud for further inspection.
I found few wires are out of the circuit. Wires locations are as follows.
in this type of repair magnifier glass or microscope is must.
Solder all wires back to their location.
& putt the bud in cradle….
And Battery charging indicator light is turned ON.
So reassembled everything back.
After charging it for 2Hrs, I paired the device to my Mobile using Bluetooth & it start works again.

Good job Yogesh! Those earpieces are indeed tiny and easily broken.
Had a similar problem to fix on my brother's earplugs of which one had a broken off copper pilar inside. After soldering it back onto the tiny chargerboard I also used a few drops of superglue to make it mechanically stronger. Also because the solder copper layer on the base alone was way too small to be strong enough.

For this types of precise work good PCB Holder * Microscope is must otherwise soldering is very difficult.

I do not have microscope yet,i am Using Magnifier Glass.I would prefer RF4 RF 4KC1 Microscope Camera with 0.5X & 0.75 Barlow Lenses, you can use it with any HDMI Connectivity Monitor or TV.
No need of Microscope you can use only camera with lens fittings.

Yes totally agree about investing in a microscope it is totally worth it and it makes things easier to see, solder and manage tiny things. Good job on the repair and many blessings to you.
